Kings Lynn Internal drainage board have added a new John Deere 6195R to their fleet of maintentance machinery, the tractor was prepared for shipping by Doubleday Kings Lynn before the long journey over to the Netherlands to have it's Herder Grenadier mower custom fitted, this was organised by Herder's product partner in the UK Mastenbroek Ltd who are based near Boston in Lincolnshire.
Once complete the unit was sent back to Doubleday Kings Lynn for a full pre delivery inspection and checkover, followed by the installation and handover to the operator who was given a comprehensive overview of the tractor and its controls and features.
The drainage board are responsible for the area's drainage and water level management consisting of watercourses, pumping stations and a number of other water level control structures to keep the water levels under control to prevent the threat of flooding.
